The Chengdu Municipal Youth League Committee disclosed on June 17 that it will establish an emergency volunteers’data bank with social volunteers, volunteers from universities and the staff of government departments as the main part. The data bank will be categorized by the specialty, service time and service intention so as to provide a stable stock of manpower for post-disaster reconstruction.
