Joseph John Ylda, chief representative with Chengdu Office and the COO in China of Vought Aircraft Industries, Inc., said on last Tuesday that Voug Aircraft is planning a worldwide expansion including 16 centers, with one of them in Chengdu. Voug Aircraft just set up its office in Chengdu recently.
