(4) To organize and draft the radio management regulations, to be responsible for the verifications and management of the radio frequencies planning and radio station establishments. organize the radio monitoring and management. deal with the radio interference, to safeguard the order of air electric wave, manage the extension of radio stations of local cities and prefectures.
(5) Being responsible of the supervision of the qualities of ICT products and the management of the electronic information service market. carry on necessary license system; coordinate departments concerns to study and make out the charging standards for the local information service and hence supervise the implementation of that.
(6) Being responsible of the planning, construction and management of provincial party and governmental communication network.
(7) Being responsible of the implementation of ICT and technical policies, to guide and support the development of the ICT industry. Instruct the products and structural adjustment of ICT industry and merger, system reform of ICT enterprises. To optimize the resources of electronic information.
(8) To promote the ICT products manufacturing, software industry, communication industry and military electronic products research and development, and the promotion and application of ICT technology. Organize and implement major scientific projects and technology introduction, digestion, absorbing and innovation of ICT industry.
(9) Coordinating cross departments, cross-area and those major concerns of national economy and society development.
